The remaining bedrooms, one on the ocean side and the other on the mountain side with a French balcony both have two beds each and their own bathroom with rain shower. The house also has a large living room and a spacious sitting area with a large dining table, a fully equipped kitchen and three terraces that look out onto the swimming pool on the ocean side. There is a spacious veranda on the mountain side.

There are two other buildings on-site: a restaurant and a staff villa.
